【摘要】:ThispartofISO14155definesproceduresfortheconductandperformanceofclinicalinvestigationsofmedicaldevices.Itspecifiesgeneralrequirementsintendedto—protecthumansubjects,—ensurethescientificconductoftheclinicalinvestigation,—assistsponsors,monitors,investigators,ethicscommittees,regulatoryauthoritiesandbodiesinvolvedintheconformityassessmentofmedicaldevices.ThispartofISO14155a)specifiesrequirementsfortheconductofaclinicalinvestigationsuchthatitestablishestheperformanceofthemedicaldeviceduringtheclinicalinvestigationintendedtomimicnormalclinicaluse,revealsadverseeventsundernormalconditionsofuse,andpermitsassessmentoftheacceptableriskshavingregardtotheintendedperformanceofthemedicaldevice,b)specifiesrequirementsfortheorganization,conduct,monitoring,datacollectionanddocumentationoftheclinicalinvestigationofamedicaldevice,c)isapplicabletoallclinicalinvestigation(s)ofmedicaldeviceswhoseclinicalperformanceandsafetyisbeingassessedinhumansubjects.ThispartofISO14155isnotapplicabletoinvitrodiagnosticmedicaldevices.
