【摘要】:1.1Thistestmethodcoversthedeterminationoftheasbestoscontentofuntreatedchrysotileasbestostextilematerialswhichareusuallyblendsofasbestosandorganicfibers.Thistestmethodisalsoapplicabletotreatedasbestostextilematerialsprovidedthetreatmentcanbecompletelyremovedpriortotesting.1.2Thistestmethodislimitedtothoseasbestostextilematerialsinwhichasbestosistheonlyinorganicfiberpresent,orinwhichanyotherinorganicfiberorwireusedasreinforcementcanberemovedpriortotesting.1.3Ifcarbonatesarepresent,acorrectionismadeforthelossonignitioninthecalculationforasbestoscontent.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Warning-Breathingofasbestosdustishazardous.Asbestosandasbestosproductspresentdemonstratedhealthrisksforusersandforthosewithwhomtheycomeintocontact.Inadditiontootherprecautions,whenworkingwithasbestos-cementproducts,minimizethedustthatresults.Forinformationonthesafeuseofchrysoltileasbestos,referto"SafeUseofChrysotileAsbestos:AManualonPreventiveandControlMeasures."1.6Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Forspecificsafetyhazard,see1.5.
