【摘要】:Thistechnicalreportcontainstherequirementsnecessaryforthesafetyofpersonnelagainsthazardswhichmayoccurinoperatingandmaintainingmobileradioequipment.Wheremandatoryrequirementsexistrelatingtosafety,thesetakeprecedenceovertherequirementsgiveninthisreport.Thisreportappliestoallmobileradioequipmentandauxiliaryapparatus,includingcombiningunitsandmatchingnetworks,antennasystemsandassociatedfeeder-lines.RemotecontrolsandprivateorpublictelephoneinterconnectcircuitsarealsoIncluded.ThisreportreferstoallclassesofprotectiveinsulationandequipmentdefinedinIEC536.NOTE-Powersuppliesandbatterychargersoperatingoutsidethehousingofthemobileorfixedradioinstallationarenotincludedinthisscope.Thisreportdealswithprotectionagainst:-injury;-electricshock;-skinburns;-hightemperatureandfire;-harmfulradiation;-miscellaneoushazards.Designandconstructionrequirementsand,whereappropriate,testmethodsarespecifiedcovering:a)thesafetyofpersonnelwhenoperating,carryingoutroutineadjustmentsto,andasfaraspracticable,duringfaultfindingandrepairoftheequipment;b)thesafetyofpersonnelwhentheequipmentisoperatingnormallyandalsowhenitisoperatingundercertainspecificfaultconditionswhichmayariseinnormaluse;andc)thepreventionoffireanditsspread.Therequirementsdonotnecessarilyensurethesafetyofpersonnelworkingontheequip-mentwhenitisnotinnormaloperation.Testsarespecified,whereappropriate,forcheckingthattheequipmentmeetsthesafetyrequirementsofthisreportwhenoperatingnormallyandalsounderthespecifiedfaultconditions.Thesetestsshouldbecarriedoutonarepresentativesetofequipmentinordertodeterminewhetherthedesignmeetstherequirementsofthereport.Theuseofthisreportisnot,however,intendedtoberestrictedtotypetests.Itmayalsobeusedforacceptancetestsafterinstallationoftheequipment,fortestsaftermodificationstopartsoftheequipmentandfortestsatappropriateintervalstoensurethecontinuingsafetyoftheequipmentthroughoutitslife.
