【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardestablishesalaboratorytestmethodandperformancerequirementsforoperatorprotectivestructures(OPS)onforestrymachines.ItisapplicabletomobileforestrymachinesasdefinedinISO6814engagedinfelling,processing,forwardingandskidding.TheOPSaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionfrompenetratingobjectssuchassaplings,branches,brokenwinchlinesandpokinghazardsinforestrywork,butnotfromsmall,thrownobjectssuchaschainteeth.ThoseOPSmeetingtheperformancecriteriawillnotprovidecompleteoperatorprotectionunderallconceivablecircumstances,butareexpectedtominimizethepossibilityofoperatorinjuryinnormaloperationalsituations.
