【摘要】:ThisPartofthisEuropeanStandardspecifiesaconciseprocedureforconductingthermalperformancetests,usingtheindirect(losses)procedureforboilersforsteamorhotwater.Testresultsarebasedoneitherthegrossornetcalorificvalueofthefuel.Thisconciseprocedureprovidesaconvenientmeansforassessingboilerswhicharethermodynamicallysimple,i.e.havingasinglemajorsourceofheatinputandasimplecircuitforwater,steamorhightemperatureheattrans-ferfluid.NOTE1Theuseofthedirectmethodisnotadvocated,becausetheestimatedmeasuringerroristhreetofourtimesgreaterthanwiththeindirectmethod.NOTE2Anacceptancetestmayberequired:a)afterthecommissioningofnewplantoraftertherecommissioningofmodifiedplantinordertoverifycompliancewithaspecificationorcontractualobligation;b)whenevertheuserwishestodeterminethecurrentperformanceoftheplanteitheronaroutinebasisorduetochangeofloadorotheroperatingconditionsorwhenachangeoffueloramodificationtotheplantisbeingconsidered;c)whenevertheuserwishestocheckcombustionconditions.RegulartestsinaccordancewiththisEuropeanStandardwillenableboilerplanttobemonitoredinnormaloperationforopti-mumefficiencyintheinterestsoffuelconservation.Thisproceduredoesnotcovercondensingboilers.Theapplicationofboilers,whereheatisextractedfromwastegasesisspecifiedinannexB.

【摘要】:ThisclauseofpartIisreplacedasfollows:Replacement:1.1Thispart2ofIEC60730appliestoelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesforusein,onorinassociationwith,equipmentforhouseholdandsimilarusethatuseelectricity,incombinationwithfuelinthegaseousstatesuchasmanufacturedgas,naturalgasorliquefiedpetroleumgasintendedtobeusedforgasburningequipment.Additionalconsiderationsmaybenecessaryforgaswithcorrosiveproperties.Thispart2alsoappliestoelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesusingNTCorPTCthermistors,requirementsforwhicharecontainedinannexJ.1.1.1Thisstandardappliestotheinherentsafety,totheoperatingvalues,operatingtimes,andoperatingsequenceswheresuchareassociatedwithequipmentsafety,andtothetestingofelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesusedin,orinassociationwith,householdorsimilarequipment,butalsoextendedtoindustrialpurposeswhennodedicatedproductstandardexists,suchasthatforcentralheating,airconditioning,processheating,etc.Thispart2isalsoapplicabletocontrolsforapplianceswithinthescopeofIEC60335-1.Throughoutthispart2theword"equipment"means"applianceandequipment".Thispart2doesnotapplytoelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesdesignedexclusivelyforindustrialapplications.Electricallyoperatedgasvalvesforequipmentnotintendedfornormalhouseholduse,butwhichneverthelessmaybeusedbythepublic,suchasequipmentintendedtobeusedbylaymeninshops,inlightindustryandonfarms,arewithinthescopeofthispart2.Thispart2identifiesanumberofmechanicalfeaturesas"underconsideration".Untilthesemechanicalrequirementsareincorporatedinthispart2,eachcountryusingthispart2willhavetoquantifytheserequirements.Complianceofanelectricallyoperatedgasvalvewiththispart2doesnotimplythatthevalveisacceptablewithoutfurthertestsforthesemechanicalfeatures.1.1.2Thispart2appliestomanualcontrolswhensuchareelectricallyand/ormechanicallyintegralwithelectricallyoperatedgasvalves.RequirementsformanualswitchesnotformingpartofanelectricallyoperatedgasvalvearecontainedinIEC61058-1.Thispart2doesnotapplytoelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesofnominalconnectionsizeaboveDN150.Thispart2appliestoelectricallyoperatedgasvalvesformaximumworkingpressuresupto400kPa(4bar).Hereinafter,theterm"valve"isusedtodenoteanelectricallyoperatedgasvalve(incluclJngprimemoverandvalvebody).1.1.3Anelectricactuatorthatissubmittedtothetestinglaboratoryincombinationwithagasvalvewillbeevaluatedunderthispart2.AseparateelectricactuatorisevaluatedunderlEO60730-2-14,whichprovidesparticularrequirementsforelectricactuators.1.1.4Thispart2alsoappliestovalvesutilJzeclaspartofasystem,orvalvesmechanicallyintegralwithmultifunctionalcontrols.1.1.5Thispart2doesnotapplytovalvesenergizedbythermoelectricenergygeneratedinathermocoupleorthermopileinsertedJnagasflame.1.3Isnotapplicable.
